At this time please be in prayer for the following:
*Doctors would have wisdom they need to know what to look for and what steps to take from here on out.
*For a mini care conference that John and I will be having with the attending physician either this afternoon or tomorrow afternoon.
*That John and I would know what questions to ask and that we would be able to handle whatever responses the doctors might have for us, particularly regarding Malachi's outlook and prognosis.
*That John and I would not have to make a decision regarding life support-type issues pertaining to our precious baby boy.
Thank you so much for your continual prayer and support throughout this extremely difficult time in our young lives and marriage. God is truly answering your prayers and upholding us during this time. Obviously, this is not how we planned for Malachi's first couple months to play out, but this is where we are. God is continually being Faithful to our family, giving us the grace and comfort that we need, exactly when we need it. I could not imagine going through this as an unbeliever and without the power of the Holy Spirit. Our prayer is that we would bring glory to His name by our thoughts, words, and actions in all areas of our lives.
I started reading your blog through a friend of a friend of a friend..anywhoo..I check in on your little man every day because I love his spunk and I am in awe of your steadfast faith in our Lord. Just count me amongst the many complete strangers you have touched through your sweet little boy. I pray for your family daily AND for the incredible support system you must have. God is Good.
