They just finished placing his different access points. They are keeping the scalp IV that was placed this morning. They added a right ankle arterial line. They also placed a femoral central line. He is being prepped for the BT shunt addition now.

I've been following your blog for a few weeks now. I have an 11-year-old son who spent some time at Riley when he was born. He has a heart condition that caused him to continuously desat and have episodes of SVT. Luckily, the atenolol and digoxin have helped him the last few years. I know what you are going through. I'm praying for your family. My Jacob is evidence that God does hear us. He's, for the most part, healthy, and they told me right after he was born that they weren't sure he would survive the first night. Miracles do happen!
