Post Office

I know you are headed home soon, but wanted to offer a suggestion re: the nursing care you are getting in the hospital. I am a former peds nurse. For long-term kiddos we usually formed a primary team, so the same nurses, when they were on took care of that patient. Also there was a nurse or two that was the "leader" and in charge of making sure things got passed along, worked with all the the docs to make sure nothing was getting missed. I would talk to the charge nurse and if your concerns are not addressed, definately talk to the nurse manager. These things would proabably help with discharge.
