6 months

 I was thankful that the 25th of this month I was able to spend the entire day with my husband.  When the tears come, he understands.  A silent nod with a caring look and a loving embrace does a lot to encourage my soul during those times.  It's also just nice to know I'm not crazy for the pain that still remains from the gaping hole that was left when our son died. Malachi Stephen, you are missed immensely my baby boy.

    Even people that never held Malachi or touched Malachi feel a sense of loss, not as profound as you. But Malachi's life left a huge footprint on this world and his loss is felt over many nations. Thinking of you.
