Because I'm too busy and emotionally spent with life right now to formulate thoughts for a coherent post, feel free to stroll down my memory lane... also, feel free to pray for me as I remember Jordan this month, as I try to rejoice with friends with sick kiddos who are loving the little victories and meeting milestones we never got the chance to experience with Malachi, among other things...
1. The entire miscarriage narrative...
All things are possible with God—including surviving a miscarriage.
2. Lessons learned and blessings received.
3. Remembering (one year post-miscarriage).
4. Two years later.
5. Daddy grieves too.
Hey! I know that we don't really "know" each other, but just wanted to let you know what a blessing your writing is to me. :)
ReplyDeleteWe just recently (as in the last week)experienced a miscarriage, and I have been revisiting your posts in an effort to gain some perspective on the situation. We are slowly emerging from a fog, sorting through feelings, relying on God & each other. This tragedy took place the weekend of our anniversary, a time of year when we feel especially close to each other, and I see that through the hard times that God provides little glimpses of how He loves us, and I'm forever grateful.
Anyways, just wanted to drop a line, telling you how much I appreciate you sharing your thoughts, with a faraway friend. :)
